During our time together at ELA, I had the pleasure to collaborate with her and produce stellar work due to her excellent command of UX/UI principles, solid track record in the digital landscape and a truly deep understanding of web technologies which made our collective efforts as digital design director and product manager so smooth and seamless. Her sharp eye to details and attuned sense of user interactions have steadily resulted in achieving established KPIs and contributed to business growth!

I had the privilege of working with and managing Chia for 6 years. Chia is one of the most incredible designers I have ever worked with. Meticulous in every detail. Exacting in her approach. One of those design director level artists who quickly learned how to apply her skills to the digital space. She's lead the reimagining of the WDBLACK.COM web experience that took that brand to entirely new level based on gamer profiles and product sorting. Chia also was lead on all the Starbucks work integrating into their visual language, CMS and business objectives. Always delivering far beyond the brief and bringing new ways to keep their digital communications fresh. Both from a B2B and B2C proposition. But these project pale in comparison to the massive undertaking of completely revamping the THERMADOR.COM global site. Chia was the lead UX/UI designer who worked closely with the global BSH team to redesign and relaunch the global site as you see it today.
