As a participant in the Graduate Development Consulting Experience by Practera, the program guided us in self-reflection to identify areas of strength and improvement (i.e. leadership, innovation, cultural consciousness). Thereafter, I had the privilege of working on a business consulting project for an NGO with a team of 5 other members under the guidance of Rebecca Cain, Admin for Rob's Dogs Foundation in Victoria. From the project, I personally got to delve into newfound interests in project management and consultancy and also benefitted from developing problem-solving and innovation skills. As a result, the group collaborated well together and produced a report that received highly satisfactory feedback.
