Christian was a great asset to the team first in Germany Austria and Switzerland and then based on his excellent sales results and understanding of the brand there, in the UK and Ireland. Christian is a true brand ambassador and has both creative and numerical skills. I would hire him again!

Having known Christian in excess of 6 years I find him to be an individual who possesses exceptional brand, product, organisation and team skills. Before we worked together at RL retail I knew that he was highly respected in the wholesale business as someone with raw talent who was developing in leaps and bounds. His desire to expand his skill set from wholesale to retail showed me he was not afraid to go out of his comfort zone and was extremely driven as an individual. The business project that we worked on allowed Christian to have complete control from a buying perspective, and required him to quickly develop retail centric abilities, something which he worked tirelessly at to achieve in a short space of time. The project was only 2 years in length but during that time Christian was able to demonstrate his passion and vigor for the brand and his desire for success. On top of that I was able to observe a keen business analytical brain as well as someone who is a strong communicator and team player. I have kept in touch with Christian following our time together as I am hopeful to work with him again at some point!
