  Diagnose various types of floor care equipment in the shop and over the road. Determine parts and labor required to complete repairs of that equipment. Interact and explain diagnoses directly to customers. Complete paperwork and documentation of repairs and report back to the Service Manager. Contact manufacturers regarding warranty or technical issues. Help to maintain a clean and orderly shop/work area as well as a work vehicle. If issued a company vehicle it is the employee's responsibility to keep the vehicle in clean and presentable condition. It is the employees’ responsibility to schedule the routine maintenance of the work vehicle and ensure all vehicle documentation is current. Lift items that can weigh in excess of 100 lbs. Able to work around some hazardous materials. Perform demonstrations of new pieces of equipment. Work with the sales team to schedule demonstrations of equipment. Currently certified in working with advance and nilfisk floor machines as well Tennant floor care machines and many other products. still, have lift equipment, forklift, reach truck, and order picker valid license up to date.
