- Involved in working with children from a rehabilitation & resettlement colony, located in BMC’s M-East ward. - With a prevention and mental health promotion lens, I oversaw the functioning of 2 children’s resource centers, spaces that meaningfully occupied children & adolescents from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds through play, education, and other holistic activities. - In collaboration with Educo, India, I was a part of a small team from Khula Aasman Trust conducting an exploratory study on understanding children’s wellbeing - from a child's perspective. - I have led group sessions with children to understand how they look at their own wellbeing and the factors influencing it. - We worked in tribal settings and urban poor communities using arts based tools for exploration and inquiry as well as traditional methods like focus group discussion.
