We started out by trying to make sense of the chaos all around us, on an A4 sheet of paper (through zines!) but now we plan to experiment with even more mediums and formats. We design workshops and sessions for a variety of audiences that help participants engage with and reflect on complicated topics like growth and identity, through creative making! We design workshops and sessions for a variety of audiences that help participants engage with and reflect on complicated topics like growth and identity, through creative making! I started CHA4OS in mid-2020 and held sessions as part of the zine collective Zinedabaad. Now, as of November 2021, it exists on its own. The best way to truly understand what we are about is to attend one of our sessions! They are for EVERYONE and require no prior skills or knowledge. You can find out more through my virtual tour below! At DesignLab I am a part of the 30+ person student team that manages and runs the space and also does projects for internal and external clients. In specific I, - Helped with keeping the space open and assisting students and visitors in the space by working at the desk. - Worked on projects and helped facilitate brainstorming and design thinking workshops for clients. - Organised and held various talk and event series including the Sustainability Series which so far has run for two years and aims to help people understand more about their impact and the differences they really can make. For these events I helped with conceptualizing and planning and was in charge of the logistics, in online and offline settings. I also worked on the social media marketing strategy and content.

  For one year I also was the coordinator of the student team at DesignLab. - Managed a 30+ person student team and organised the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. - Scheduled work hours and organized all operations for the team and in the physical DesignLab space. - Was the student team representative to clients and the upper management, especially to do with operations in DesignLab itself. - Worked to ensure that the space could be open as much as possible through… Show more For one year I also was the coordinator of the student team at DesignLab. - Managed a 30+ person student team and organised the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. - Scheduled work hours and organized all operations for the team and in the physical DesignLab space. - Was the student team representative to clients and the upper management, especially to do with operations in DesignLab itself. - Worked to ensure that the space could be open as much as possible through 2020 while still being COVID safe. - Empowered students to be able to do various projects and keep working through the pandemic. Additionally tried to work on ways to keep team morale up and the community spirit alive through this time.

Additionally, I held a monthly zine club at @zinedabaad (an Instagram-based zine collective) called cha4os theory - making sense of the chaos on an A4 sheet of paper. Here different experts and researchers are invited in to present their work as inspiration for people to reflect on their lives, the connection to or lack of research, and the content they learn itself. All the zine workshops have no barrier to entry and are meant for anyone who wants to explore themselves and the world via a new medium.
