From hosting large hiring fair, to handing out cards individually when I received great customer service, recruiting the best to be part of a team was ongoing. Training is not just a manual. (although I have written some too.) It is to inspire them. Training is to help them be the best they can be, at whatever they happen to be doing. From technical training (teaching Genii to troubleshoot) to providing superior customer service (everyone), are done everyday. It would be in a hall with over 100 team members (flagship store opening) to standing beside a genius talking about a technical issue. Breathing the culture of openness to feedback is the core to a successful team. During the time, I travelled to 4 continents, over 15 cites, worked & opened over 20 stores, and enriched countless lives.
