  Data Analyst is used to manage, Analyze and maintain quality and accurate Data/Leads, Ensure backups, create workflows including workflow disruptions, Exception and cost analysis results. Duties: ● Data Analysts typically begin any data conversion process by conducting a thorough data analysis of our system information. They will research data sources and make any corrections to existing data as needed to ensure accuracy of the information being recorded. ● A Data Analyst will often analyze our existing systems and create a program suitable for that specific system. ● Data Analyst must consistently provide reports regarding the progress of a conversion program to the company. They must present reports covering workflow and workflow disruptions, exceptions, costs and analysis results. ● Once a conversion project is complete, a Data Analyst usually trains the campaign manager in the use of the data/leads or software system to analyze data needed. ● See to it the server databases, Files, Recordings and others system has backup ● Initiate data improvement and data automation strategies based on regular assessment ● Liaise with vendors, contractors and new business units to seek new ways to improve data systems or reduce costs of current systems and regularly troubleshoot processes to ensure the most time and cost-effective practices ● Assist with identifying and maintaining digital security systems to safeguard sensitive data ● Regular analysis of data systems and maintenance of accurate records and establish protocol to share records with upper management, senior leadership, clients, partners or other key stakeholders ● Scrub, Load , Analyze and maintain quality Data/Leads to our Dialer ● Assist Company with data input and output, as well as ongoing reports ● Give Suggestion and Advice to the Operations to deal with the leads or how to improve their dialing performance within the vicidial
