  I have over 20 years of banking experience. My first job started as a bookkeeper at a bank, to a teller and mortgage rep at a credit union. As the executive director I report to the Board of Directors, we determine the conditions and resources necessary to execute the organization’s mission and vision.I manage and develop a team consisting of full-time and part-time staff. I'm responsible for building a highly-effective work culture that embodies the organization's values while establishing operational efficiencies. My commitment remains to the 3000 plus households and families we serve each year and empowering them to improve their financial well-being through education, homeownership, and economic development.
