Key responsibilities also included assisting in developing sales and marketing plans, competitive business strategies, pricing strategies, and training materials. Assisted Etrade in implementation of Ariba, an e-procurement package to facilitate purchasing. Key responsibilities revolved around installing a quality change management process within the organization. Key staff were interviewed on their procurement process and incorporated within the implementation. A training class was also developed with a train-the-trainer approach. Led a team to outline the requirements necessary to implement electronic signatures for the processing of budgets from all California Community colleges to the Chancellor’s office. Documented the Harris County, Texas integrated justice information system business process and made recommendations to improve data integration. Assisted Deloitte in documenting the justice process for fire and safety, courts, district attorney, public defender, and corrections.
