  I am Technical Director of the Datameer Group. I have been with Datameer since November 2018. I still maintain my passion for engineering design, but now there are fewer and fewer opportunities to get involved. What sets us apart from other engineering consultancies is our asset management outlook. We look at projects from a full lifecycle perspective, from feasibility through construction to disposal phases. I think America is a workplace where people look forward to coming to work every day. I think work should be a balance of enjoyable and fun. I have an open door policy and I want employees to feel valued and appreciated. I believe this all contributes to a great workplace. Show less
