  I have been practicing law for almost 30 years and have focused on insurance recovery for commercial policyholders since 2008. I handle a wide variety of coverage matters and have extensive experience with commercial liability policies, including directors and officers, errors and omissions, commercial general liability, employment practices liability, cyber, and excess/umbrella policies. In addition to litigating coverage disputes, I frequently assist in analyzing and resolving insurance coverage issues pre-suit and providing advice on highly complex, multi-layered coverage matters. I enjoy analyzing and solving insurance coverage issues for my clients and, in the process, vindicating their rights.
