Certified General Manager through Hilton Garden Inn brand. I have attained all mandated training in addition to courses not required but taken to enhance my own personal knowledge of the hospitality industry. I am a very accomplished and diverse individual who has achieved four consecutive outstanding quality assurance inspections with Hilton Garden Inn receiving a higher score with each inspection. I strive for the best and ensure Hilton's standards are enforced while staying within budgetary constraints. My staff and I achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction with every opportunity we get.I encourage and actively participate in community activities/events to show our support for various organizations. In the short time within this position I have gained valuable friendships, partnered with several local businesses, and absorbed a plethora of information to be an asset to any company. I am an advocate for continuing education and promoting personal and professional growth.
