I managed Cheryll for a number of years whilst at Mencap. Cheryll is a very approachable trainer who designs her training to suit the audience, taking into account their requirements and experiences. She has delivered training professionally on Mencaps behalf for many years to organisations such as Tatae Britain, Local authorities, Guiding UK, sports clubs, Education, London Ambulance Service and private sector organisations. She has an in depth knowledge of learning disability and its associated issues and often trains alongside someone with a learning disability who is the real expert. Training is always based on real life situations and relevant to the situation in which the knowledge will be used offering resources and ideas to allow participants to work through any problems they may encounter. Practical exercises which will be remembered and used.

Having co-trained with Cheryl several times I can recommend her as a creative and committed trainer who makes sessions informative, engaging and practical
