My facilities management duties, include; preparation and execution of leases for tenants, all repairs and coordination of maintenance to three facilities, as well as overseeing any construction and building projects. We collaboratively work with the cities of Houghton and Hancock and Michigan Technological University and Finlandia University to provide facilities and resources to help business flourish.
