Currently, I handle all the administrative duties within the MTEC SmartZone office and for our CEO and multiple consultants.Additionally, I am responsible for the day to day financial business obligations and for providing detailed financials to help in preparations for monthly reports, yearly budgeting and projections and state metric and grant reporting. My facilities management duties, include; preparation and execution of leases for tenants, all repairs and coordination of maintenance to three facilities, as well as overseeing any construction and building projects. MTEC SmartZone is the leader in entrepreneurism and high-tech business acceleration in the Keweenaw Peninsula of Michigan. We collaboratively work with the cities of Houghton and Hancock and Michigan Technological University and Finlandia University to provide facilities and resources to help business flourish. Show less
