Cheryl had one of the most difficult IT Manager jobs at Tellabs. She had to work with so many different organizations, and they all had a priority one project that needed to be done ASAP. She always kept her cool and showed outstanding emotional intelligence during the most demanding times and her team got the projects done. Cheryl has a thorough and extensive SAP knowledge but is not only technical, her focus and empathy for her team was always a priority. This balance of knowledge and people skills is part of the reason I know Cheryl would be a terrific addition to any company.
