  In 2020, I graduated from Jurong Secondary School with a combine overall score of 5 points for my (N)A Levels. While in the school I was involved in the Subject Based Bending program with allowed me the chance to take O level subjects and examination during my time there. After the 4 Years, I left with a N level certification in English, Humanities (Geography & Social students) & Design & Technology.   Starting from Feb 2023, I worked for 3 months as a part timer at the ticket sales counter at Gardens by the Bay. My role primarily involved selling admission tickets to the customers who are interested in visiting the various attractions in the park. Some of my other roles include greeting customers as soon as they arrive, providing them with information about the available tickets options, pricing, any promotions or discount available at that time and answering customers question about the attraction. My role also involved the processing of ticket sales using the point-of-sale system, which involved handing cash & credit card transactions. As well as maintaining accurate records of ticketing sales and providing proper paperwork after each shift. Overall my role as a ticket sales clerk has provided me with excellent customer services skills especially with foreign guest and the knowlegde of the usage of the point of sale system. Show less

  In 2022 I am currently studying as Year 1 student at Ngee Ann Polytechnique in the Common Business Program. After the completion of my N/O levels certification, I spent my 2021 as a Year 0 Business students in my school's Polytechnique Foundation Program. My strong interest in the property market, supply chain management and digital marketing has lead me down the path into entering a business school. I have learnt the basics of business with the variety of modules provided by the school and have made amazing connections with people from all walks of life. I hope in the next few years in this establishment, I would have the chance to explore more of my interest while getting knowledgeable insights into certain industries with the guidance of my module teachers.
