The first time I met Cherry Huang was in the Economic's subject offered by UQ College's Tertiary Preparations Program (TPP). As a decision that has become a defining moment in my life I took a great leap of faith learning something that at the time seemed far beyond my grasp, Cherry seemed to think otherwise. Each time we approached a complex topic Cherry took the time to teach myself and my peers all of the fundamentals of Economics. From Microeconomic fundamentals such as Demand and Supply, to Macroeconomic fundamentals such as Business Cycles, Inflation, Monetary Policy, Fiscal Policy and more. Cherry had all of the information, skills and abilities to help each and every student in our subject. Cherry is an inspirational woman in economics and a phenomenal teacher, mentor and friend. She has played a tremendous role on why I studied and continue to study economics for the rest of my life. I'm tremendously honoured to recommend Cherry Huang to absolutely anyone.
