Cherl is an extremely hard working and talented writer and editor. She always applies a sense of ownership and pride in any job she does. While managing the content migration for the site redesign for Disaboom.com, an online publication for people with disabilities, Cherl applied her excellent project management and organizational skills to manage this daunting task. Thanks to her hard work and keen eye, Cherl made sure the project was on time, tasks were delegated efficiently, and the job was done without a hitch. It's a pleasure working with Cherl, as she is a great asset to any team.

I had the good fortune to work with Cherl as her manager at Disaboom, a start-up online resource for people with disabilities. As with all start-ups, Disaboom called for an extraordinary level of personal and professional resiliency, an extreme ability to learn on demand, a willingness to continually expand one's job expectations and responsibilities, and the ability to be self-managing and self-starting. Cherl excelled in every one of these areas. In addition, she brought to her job as associate editor: excellent writing and editing skills; strong project-management and people-management skills (she was responsible for managing a corps of approximately 25 freelancers); an editorial "sensibility," i.e., an ability to identify and suggest article titles that would engage our audience; budget expertise; and an extremely valuable team ethic that brought out the best in all of us. Cherl is a consummate professional who will add value to any organization fortunate enough to land her as an employee.
