Cherisha is someone with a mindset to learn by default. She is not someone born with talent, she is a person who will never stop honing her skills till she perfects it to be called a talent. She is dedicated and surprisingly good with candidates. She works hard and smart, while having a great rapport with the team, she has been a motivating factor in the team she has been in and I am sure her current team will have the same view as well.
