  Quality Engineer and HSE responsible at Webuild S.P.A-present. Leading more than 50 team members, designed, monitored, and implemented policies to ensure a Quality, and safety. Inspect the tools and facility to identify Quality, safety, health, and environmental risks. Develop and implement inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections. Prepare and schedule training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics. Monitor compliance with Quality and safety procedures. Draft inspection reports to document inspection findings. Ensure that material Quality and safety technical data sheets are maintained and readily accessible when needed. Ensured compliance with all standards. A good skill in understanding the context of technical documents (mainly construction drawings, coming into and going out to client's and Employer representative's letters) in order to carry out control on the in-process and activities planned in the inspection and testing plan(ITP) through monitoring activity on site. Ability to assure that the result of the inspections planned in the ITP is adequately recorded in the standard form. A good power of observation and a strong capacity of interaction with other people in a competitive environment.
