Accountable for upgrading over 1,600 medium and heavy tactical transport vehicles across 4 forward operating bases in Iraq(402nd Army Field Support Brigade (AFSB)). Challenged to oversee multiple maintenance operations and meet aggressive production timelines for the Low Signature Armored Cab (LSAC) contract valued at 70 million USD. • Oversee labor provisions outlined in the Statement of Work for 100 support personnel. Maintains personnel roster, tracked vacancies and coordinates pipeline backfills, assesses turnover patterns, provided staffing metrics and guidance to command leadership on staffing strategies and deployment timeframes for personnel readiness.  Articulate and communicate to the team program milestones and time frames for completion. Noted for completing maintenance upgrades and add-on armor enhancement 4 weeks ahead of production schedule while maintaining 95% quality standard using technical manual checklists.  Composed and analyzed training summaries, production metrics charts, weekly program overviews, and briefed Contracting Officer, Division Chiefs and Commander.
