An intense and dynamic bundle of enthusiasm has presented herself to our students at the University of Surrey, and did they enjoy it! Yes, it's Cherie we're taking about. Being a Surrey Alumnus herself, she immediately set the stage alight with a motivational talk about careers in general, and placements in particular. The students loved it so much, that I had to promise to get her back for the following cohort. Cherie was an outstanding guest speaker at our Diversity and Inclusion workshop in London where we welcome our champions and how to get inspired to deliver Diversity & Inclusion initiatives back to their hotels. We revamped recently our Gender diversity movement RiiSE and Cherie did a fantastic speech sharing her previous hotel experience, on how to inspire women to step up and improve their Leadership skills.
