As a intern, I work onsite and offsite offering counseling services for individual, family and group services under the site supervisor. Most of the client case studies focus on managing behavioral systems using art or other modalities to encourage clients to take on new challenges and attitudes about one's self. Being a creative individual this has allowed me to introduce new strategies to clients to reduce or eliminate negative behaviors. As part of my training, I am responsible in meeting with clients and completing an intake assessment, an evaluation of the client(s), and encourage the person to take on a whole role of being who they want to become by helping the person create specific goals and become proactive in changing the negative behavior.

As a graphic designer at Walmart Home Office, I worked with the modular planning in designing 4', 8' and 16' product layout for seasonal merchandise for the stores. I also trained new employees on procedures, policies and expectations what tasks would be assigned to specific individuals. As a graphic designer for Sam's Club, I was responsible in creating weekly circulars, in-club promotions, and other special event collateral for the internal employees and for the clubs. Responsible in organizing, and planning photo shoots for new items in the stores. Attended regular press checks to ensure quality control for print collateral.
