I have known Cherian for over 15 years, and he is exceptional because he combines two things traditionally seldom seen in the same individual. On one hand, he has a strong business sense and a keen sense of consumer emotions. On the other hand, he has creative flair and a performer's bonhomie and stage presence . This gives him the ability to understand a creative business as well as to bring a storyteller's spin to the business or its product. He has worked in traditional consulting businesses and then courageously followed his heart into the entertainment business.
