Secretarial Functions  Preparing confidential reports, correspondences, minutes of meeting and monitoring deadlines/follow-ups.  Arranging and monitoring both international and domestic travel arrangements, meetings and daily appointments.  Preparing expense statements and submitting to the concerned department for reconciliation of accounts.  Working closely with the departments to achieve a harmonious working environment, greater operational efficiency and to facilitate effective communication.
