I collaborated with cross-functional leaders to found the robotic gynecologic surgery training center. I oversaw 25 personnel to incorporate Intuitive da Vinci company and trained ten physicians. The two classes I taught per program across ten programs educated 120 medical school students annually. I also partnered with a coworker to pioneer a prenatal cardiology training program with a $US 700,000 budget and enrolled 500 newborns in the program. I secured $US 1.2M in grant funding from the Ministry of Science and Technology. I applied the funds to lead three translational research teams to discover unique biomarkers for potential therapeutic targets of ovarian cancer. I went to Chattanooga, TN, and Sunnyvale, CA, to train laparoscopic pelvic reconstruction and robotic surgery in 2003 and 2004.
