  I am a Recruitment Executive under the Ministry of Home Affairs. In my current role, I oversee the recruitment processes of uniformed officers, from shortlisting to processing the appointment of shortlisted candidates. I see my role as as important one that contributes to the safety and security of Singapore by recruiting the right candidates on the field of security and corrections.

• Correctional Rehabilitation Specialist

  I was working as a correctional rehabilitation specialist from 2007 - 2012 and from 2013 - 2019. My roles and responsibilities evolve around the rehabilitation of offenders, in form of risk assessments, group and individual intervention, planning of the regime and conducting of training to staff. In 2015 - 2019, I was appointed as a lead specialist, where my role was to manage and supervise other correctional rehabilitation specialists under my charge. I took no-pay leave from 2012 - 2013 to further my studies. I was on no-pay leave in 2018 due to personal reasons.
