tl;dr - work with Chen, you won’t regret it A few months ago I was - 1. Looking to get a tier-1 office, no compromises 2. In one of the top three in demand neighborhoods 3. Very impatient as we outgrew our current space and had to move Chen understood our needs extremely fast and we were seeing 4-5 spaces a day two days after we met. We iterated for around two weeks in high intensity as we were quite picky until we found the perfect spot. I really appreciated the ability to quickly adapt to our developing needs (we’ve seen a lot of spaces in a short amount of time and honed our understanding of what we need together) and most importantly the ownership Chen took on to own this A to Z and to chase us when necessary to move forward until we closed this when we needed a push. Looking forward to working again in a few months when we look for our next space!
