1 Daily operation supports to Department • Support to employee recruiting, check in/out, and travel related issues. • Support to employee benefits application, like shift, perdiem, OT, EEM. • Use SAP and CATW system to do the employee time tracking. • Focus on data/information collection on department level, follow up documents approval process and keep a good filing. • Help on department equipment/material safekeeping to ensure all related working smoothly. • Update organizational chart /contact list and other related information timely. • Coordinate big events for DU; Annual Party, Team building and birthday party. • Provide necessary administrative support to the team to arrange the logistics for internal and external. 2 Routine work support to DM • Provide administrative support to DM of office management. • Provide administrative support to DM of customer/VIP reception. • Manage DM's calendar proactively. Planning and schedule appointments/meetings, and take a role as reminder for DM. • Settle all business travel logistics for DM, including itinerary, ticket, hotel and transportation, etc. • Keep an order filing for DM so that all key documentations are well kept and easily identified.
