Goodness, I discovered Chelsi to be most capable at whole lot of things. What she/we did not know, she figured out. Furthermore, she was awesome to tweak many details in a hurry to get to the desired objectives in short order (& onto the next unique task). Five Stars!

Chelsi was the ideal employee from day one. She was an extremely fast learner, picking up every responsibility right off the bat, from office tasks like logging customer sales and handling phone inquiries to flight instructing where she demonstrated her calm demeanor and customer-first attitude. No matter what was asked of her, Chelsi always tackled every responsibility with a smile on her face and there was never a concern because she always had it handled. There's definitely a void that's been difficult to fill since Chelsi made the move from Southern California to Idaho, but I'm excited to see where she ends up...wherever it is, she's going to be an all-star.

Miss Mermaid International is a unique pageant that uses the artistry of mermaids to advocate for marine conservation. It is the world's first competition of its kind. I competed in Egypt at Miss Mermaid International as one of the first representatives of the USA and received the title Miss Mermaid North America among other nominations. Lauren Chu and I then organized the first ever Miss Mermaid USA pageant and have continued to grow. We have awarded titles in all 50 states plus D.C. and Puerto Rico. We are also a talent agency and are working towards forming a nonprofit. Each of our 52 title holders advocate for their pageant platform and fundraise for their chosen non-profit throughout their reign. All Miss Mermaid USA proceeds are donated to the non-profit chosen by the winner of Miss Mermaid USA each year. For 2019/2020, we supported The Surfrider Foundation - Oahu Chapter. For 2021-2023, we support the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. In 2022, we created King & Queen of the Seas which was filmed for Netflix's documentary series, MerPeople. www.missmermaidusa.org Show less

Vacations To Go is one of the largest online travel agencies in the world and specializes in the sale of luxury travel products. I was hired to go through the entire sales training program “undercover”. I was required to successfully graduate as a Vacations To Go Travel Advisor, and then deliver my recommendations and observations of the sales training process, content, staff, and overall experience directly to the Founder/Executive Chairman, CEO and President. After they reviewed my assessment, I was asked to lead a revamp of the entire sales training program to implement my recommendations. I created a collaborative atmosphere with the talented team of trainers and managers so that we could work together to create the best possible program. It was a huge success that led to multiple other projects for which I continued to report directly to the Founder/Executive Chairman. Show less
