Efficient, self motivated and thinks out of the box are great ways to describe Chelsey. I had the pleasure of having Chelsey as my administrative assistant at the U of C for many years. From the start, she impressed me with her organizational ability, efficiency and self motivated nature. She quickly added multiple roles to her responsibilities and took on more leadership, a clear testament to her competency and ability to juggle many projects. In addition, she's bright, personable and always happy. Chelsey would be an asset to any team and has my highest recommendation.

Chelsey is everything a leader is in their beginning - she is pro-active, high energy, thoughtful, thorough, and has an inherent ability to organize her contribution as it related to the big picture. This is a future leader who already stands out among her peers and knows how to own both a challenge and a solution. Whoever she works with will be enormously grateful. I should know!
