These procedures include: PBMC and plasma isolation from whole blood and leukopaks Thawing of cryopreserved PBMC’s and serum I ship hazardous biological materials and work in the IVQAC’s Laboratory Data Management System extensively to maintain accurate records of the specimens’ inventory. Perform HIV Viral Load testing (PCR), HIV ½ EIA, Western Blot and p24 ELISA. Included in my responsibility for these assays is participation in CAP and VQA proficiency testing as well as maintenance of the instruments used.
