Perform HIV Viral Load testing (PCR), HIV ½ EIA, Western Blot and p24 ELISA. Included in my responsibility for these assays is participation in CAP and VQA proficiency testing as well as maintenance of the instruments used. Also maintaining and ordering consumables for the assays.
