Created a comprehensive portfolio ranging from user-centric design research to mobile-responsive and desktop web layouts. Target Interest Project: o Created lo-fi greyscale app concept based on the interest of a user and discovered pain points through user interviews and surveys as well as competitive and comparative analyses. o Sketched and digitized wireframes into clickable prototype in Figma. o Performed usability testing to improve designs based on user feedback. E-commerce Redesign: o Conducted independent research of current website before cross analyzing current e-commerce websites through competitive and comparative analyses. o Used card sorting to determine navigation options for site mapping. o Utilized Figma to bring lo-fi wireframes to mid-fi clickable prototype mockups of newly designed websites and made design iterations based on feedback from usability testing. Added Feature Team Project – UX Researcher and UI Designer, Team Lead: o Lead a team of four to research the National Weather Service’s current website and redesign a feature of it. o Conducted user research, competitive and comparative analyses, sketches, usability testing and iterations, and created a mid-fi mockup. Client Project, Click Learning Co. – UX Research, Information Architect, & UI Design: Lead a team of seven to bring client’s ideas of matching k-12 students with a virtual tutor that they connect with and give parents a way to view all their students upcoming booked sessions and communication with tutors on a parent dashboard. Conducted field research, competitive and comparative analyses, conducted user interviews and created affinity maps of the data, created mid-fi and hi-fi mockups, and built UI design system (fonts, colors, images).
