Chelsea completed the capstone project of her 4 year Bachelor of Public Relations program for our organization. I had never participated before and did not know what to expect. Suffice it to say, all expectations I had were vastly exceeded by Chelsea's work. She developed a communications plan for us which showed her ability to quickly understand our challenges and come up with creative strategies and concepts for us to achieve our goals. We are implementing many of her suggestions right away. In an environment where creativity is such a valuable asset, any organization who is able to add Chelsea to their team should consider themselves lucky.
