"I can do that". It's a pretty simple phrase, but within it, captures many of the admirable qualities that Chelsea brings to work every day: 1. Diversity of Experience. Chelsea can say "I can do that" because, the likelihood is, she HAS done that. From her previous work in media, production, sales, operations, and event management, Chelsea has a tremendous variety and quality of experience. 2. Leadership. Chelsea won't wait for somebody else to say "I can do that" - she will be first in line. And it's never just been the high-profile gigs, either. Chelsea continuously demonstrates her selfless and humble leadership by working directly with her direct reports and subordinates in helping every individual on her teams succeed. 3. Sustained Professional Development. "I can do that" also has an aspirational tone, and anyone would be impressed by Chelsea's thirst for improving and diversifying her already extensive knowledge base. Whether it be engaging in educational courses in her spare time online, or simply her inquisitive nature in and around the office, Chelsea is always looking for more things she can do. 4. Enthusiasm. Positive and energetic employees have a tremendous impact on office culture and morale. Remarkably, day-after-day, week-after-week, Chelsea didn't just do that, she did it with a smile and spirit that energized our entire office.

Chelsea was perhaps one of the bubbliest people I've ever had the pleasure working with. Full of life, no matter what you throw at her. When she was in the studio voicing commercials, remote promos and character reads, she was always willing to take it another step by giving it the liveliest read possible. Amazing at taking directions as well as leading, Chelsea is full of talent and would make any company proud to have her on the team!
