  In this roll, I was tasked with duties that included payroll, hiring, invoice/billing, along with facility and ground tours. Staff schedules were made biweekly, preparation for staff meetings, sat in on staff evaluations. My job duties required much interaction with staff and family members, which has enhanced my communication and relationship skills. Working at an assisted living facility you always have to be on your toes because anything can happen. The job made me quick on my feet, and efficient in coming up with resolutions in an emergent situation. Show less
