In this position I co-facilitated a 12 week group on Building Emotional Resources. This workshop was created by Aha! Processing Inc. who are the creators of Bridges out of Poverty. The workshop combines personal stories and experiences with research-based theories and models used to help people learn how to build emotional resources. Some of the topics include examining how we direct our energy, changing unhealthy habits, identifying pieces of ourselves we have lost, and reintegrating a whole self at the end of the process.
