Her experience from her previous jobs helped other students put into perspective whatever lesson we were learning for the week. Chelsea has a great ability to not just provide excellent insight but also to be a great team member. In our student discussions, she would keep the conversations going and would provide us with new perspectives. She has a great way of articulating herself and letting others know that their ideas/perspectives matter.
