I highly recommend Chelsea as an exceptional leader and manager. I had the pleasure of working with Chelsea for six months at VEERAH, where she served as my onboarding trainer/manager. Chelsea is incredibly organized, possesses top-notch critical thinking skills, and is highly creative. She has a remarkable ability to break down complex concepts and communicate them clearly and concisely. Chelsea was always patient and took the time to work with me to find solutions to any questions I had or encouraged me to approach problems independently with a curious and solution-oriented mindset. What I admire most about Chelsea is her leadership style. She inspired me to do my best work and always believed that there was a solution to every problem. Chelsea consistently went above and beyond her job description by learning new skills, which motivated me to do the same. Chelsea's calm demeanor and openness were critical to our team's success. She helped us approach any problem with grace, and her innovative approach to tasks motivated and encouraged us to think outside the box. Overall, Chelsea is an outstanding leader who can motivate, inspire, and drive results. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a manager who can bring out the best in their team. Thank you, Chelsea, for everything!

Chelsea has grown from an intern to a critical member of VEERAH’s customer experience and operations leadership team, which has been tremendous to witness. She always looks after the best interest of VEERAH’s business, clients, and future operations, as attested through clients’ and team feedback. One of her strengths is her ability to turn any situation into a positive, thanks to her strong connection with clients and team members, her creativity, adaptability, and her knack for problem-solving. During the pandemic, Chelsea helped us pivot as client demands changed and marketing and sales approaches differed. She quickly adapted and went out of her way to implement new marketing techniques and affiliate marketing programs, onboard new team members, and introduce new website content. Her business agility is second to none; any team would be lucky to have her!

Chelsea stood out as a natural fit for our team dynamic and brand values when she joined in 2018. She quickly took charge of all daily operations, leading the integration of new tools, apps, and systems which helped to streamline our customer service program. This resulted in an enhanced and seamless user experience across multiple touchpoints. Her genuine passion for the sustainability space is evident. With her strong work ethic, creative energy, clear communication skills, and ability to take a project from start to finish, she was integral to the growth we achieved. I am confident Chelsea will continue to excel in her new endeavors and would highly recommend her to any organization.
