Not only was I born and raised in the West Valley but my love for the city has continued to grow over the years as itself has grown so much. I am a wife to a wonderful husband and a mom to two goofy kids. I love sharing the quality time we spend together. Previously I was a Program Service Elevator II for the State of Arizona Department of Economic Security then when I had my youngest child I became a full time stay at home mom. After ten years I re-entered into the work force by working in the office at a plumbing company. After a few years I then knew it was time to pursue my dream career of being a REALTOR®. I have a strong passion for interior decorating, home design, staging, helping people find the right home for the right price and helping people sell their home for a price they feel good about. Whatever your real estate needs are I can help! Please contact me at #623-698-4538 I look forward to meeting you! Show less

    • Invoicing
      • Feb 2016 - Feb 2018

I created invoices using QuickBooks of all jobs sending them out to customers in a timely manner, also attaching any hard copies and receipts to each invoice. Created new customer profiles into QuickBooks, running reports of open balances for each customer and sent them out notifying the customer as well as calling them to make them aware of anything past due and verifying all customers contact information was correct. I hand wrote spread sheets for each technician calculating sales, parts, labor and any other expense attached to that job for each invoice every week and made another handwritten spreadsheet with companies totals for all the above for all technicians and all invoices making sure everything was accurately balanced. I also helped answer incoming calls, handling customer complaints, taking in new calls making sure to meet the customer's specific needs. Helped other positions in their duties which included dispatching jobs to technicians out in the field, scheduling jobs, making detailed cards up for each job that came in, logging all actions of each call into the log book, knowing the where abouts of each technician and their time frames until they got to their next call, always staying in contact with customers and keeping them updated, handling incoming emails and faxes, miscellaneous duties and training new office staff in their positions, office policies and duties. • Program Service Evaluator II
      • Feb 2004 - Apr 2006

I interviewed 6-12 clients a day to determine their eligibility for cash, food stamps and/or medical assistance. Verified information such as address, income, employment, previous employment, relationship of those in household, living expenses, liquid and frozen assets to make the correct determination. Documented everything with an extreme amount of detail into the State's database and hard copy file. Proficiently managed my days to meet all mandatory timelines. Returned all calls and emails in a timely manner. Always kept my clients well informed of the status of their case. Show less
