I've had the pleasure of knowing and working with Ingrid for 5+ years. Having a front row seat to watching her grow from an assistant kitchen manager to multi-unit executive kitchen manager has been one of the highlights of my career and it remains one of the most incredible stories in company history. She helped save a store where the kitchen traditionally struggled, then moved onto one of the highest volume stores and excelled to the point where it became a training store, then began overseeing both locations at once while developing her "replacements" along the way. As impressive as Ingrid's skills are, the thing I admire the most about her is that she leads her teams through genuine relationships. This is the secret sauce to her success. Everyone on Ingrid's team is fiercely loyal to her because they know she cares about them. She's connected to the people she works side-by-side with. There is a warmth to her leadership that people just respond to. Another word I'd use to describe Ingrid is adaptable. She's grown the way she has because of her ability to adapt to new challenges. Nobody has been holding her hand through some serious challenges, but she learns, makes adjustments, and keeps moving forward. She's led her team through several significant technology roll outs, and she's navigated them in the same manner. It's a true growth-mindset.
