One of the greatest chefs, I have come across. He is so creative and is superb in adapting new culture. He is such a kind of person who can easily create multiple menus at a single time, that too with different cuisines. He is very serious when it comes to customer satisfaction. Chef Ritesh is very passionate and talented chef. We have worked together in past and was a good team player when it come to help his colleauge. He has good leadership skills and was truly shown when he use to handle the kitchen in absence of senior chef. He has very good culinary knowledge which is very helpful when it comes train new comers. All I can say he is a very good asset to any company he is working, very good friend, colleague to work with and very good mentor.
