  Sepang International Circuit (SIC) is best known for its endless motorsports events and activities, such as the F1 Grand Prix (F1) and MotoGP as well as corporate, lifestyle, and exhibition events, making it the venue of choice. I started as the Ticketing Manager followed by the role of Retail Sales Operations Manager which included retail sales, customer service, front-of-house experience, merchandising, e-Commerce, ticketing and point-of-sales systems. I then had the opportunity to start and head the Information Technology department in 2019 and developed a team to support SIC's business aspirations in the strategic areas of Service Delivery (technology and race electronics services), Maintenance (system up-times and accessibility), Cyber Security and Governance (IT audit, SOP development). Key contribution to the business are in areas of Innovation and Compliance. Show less
