      The use of Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) in building construction is a widely discussed advancement in Architecture Technology and Sustainability. Its applicability in Singapore - a tropical climate, however, is still far from realistic. The research aims to highlight and identify limiting factors of the use of CLT in Singapore and the possibility of using tropical wood in our region to produce region specific construction material for the future.
