Rob McKee
Chris is one of the best engineers (and managers) I have had the pleasure of having in an organization. His value extends far beyond his exceptional engineering skillset, with the ability to understand the customer and their needs, the humility to use unbound creativity and the inputs of the team to solve complicated problems in a simple way, the patience to articulate the issue to those of any level of experiance, the logic to approach any sized challenge and priorize appropriately, and poise to maintain a calm focus on execution all the way through the finish line. I truly wish I could have him back on my team. He is the team player that an organization is looking for.
Ryan Corcoran
As a manufacturing engineer, Chris was always selected to tackle the most critical and pressing manufacturing challenges at our company. His innate technical understanding allowed him to dissect and solve problems and make improvements more quickly and effectively than his peers. Simply stated, Chris was a linchpin in our growing organization. When the opportunity arose, Chris sought and was selected to take on more responsibility as the Manufacturing Engineering group manager. We often hear stories of superstar individual contributors that flounder when given management responsibilities. In Chris's case, nothing could be further from the truth. Chris was undoubtedly a GREAT mentor for his team, which allowed his employees to thrive and his group to multiply its positive impact on the organization. It's really been amazing to see Chris's accelerated growth and, most impressively, his ability to shape a team and make those around him better.
