  As a self-taught developer who has had an interest in programming since 2010 when I first started practising with C#, I eventually got into web development around 2011 by designing my school's website and creating text-based games using PHP and MySQL. I also collaborated with another web developer to help create a social media site with a forum and avatar system. In 2021 I decided to move into the industry professionally, learning frameworks such as Vue and React and picking up new languages like TypeScript.
