I employed Chayse as a junior research analyst to work on telecommunications market research in late 2015 and we worked together for the following three years. Chayse has a wonderfully positive attitude – he’s always keen to learn more and get feedback on how he is doing. He took to research with enthusiasm and very quickly built strong relationships with colleagues, other IDC offices and clients. He works incredibly hard and is always keen to improve. In the three years we worked together it was a delight to see him grow and progress in his career. Chayse worked hard on improving his presentation skills, attending Toastmasters and taking on any opportunity to present to clients to the point that he is now a very polished and authoritative presenter. He also continually looks for opportunities to broaden his skills and his dedication has been recognised and rewarded as he has moved from tracking smartphones and tablet shipments to be the NZ analyst responsible for IT Services Research, with a speciality in Blockchain.
