Excellent Communications Coach Chaya designed a half-day masterclass on 'Coaching Skills for Comms Pros' for my team of 10, all of whom are experienced Comms Pros advising their own management teams. One of the main issues we face is moving from a tactical role to a more advisory role and encouraging leaders to take a more strategic view of their communications. Chaya’s course covered several coaching models including the MBS Coaching Model, how to coach ‘below the surface’, and extremely useful tips to change the conversation with leaders. We were immediately able to put these tools to good use in our roles and left the course with new information to help us work better with leaders. Chaya has a wealth of experience and was able to listen to our issues as well as answer our questions. The course itself was an engaging mix of listening, sharing and breakout work. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who would like to move from a more tactical to strategic space in their role.

Chaya gave a workshop on giving and receiving feedback to the international network at TNO. Chaya created a safe and welcoming environment where the participants felt free to ask questions and share their experiences and thoughts. The mix of well prepared content and room for discussion was just perfect. Chaya clearly is an expert in her field who not only knows all about effective communication, but also takes into account what it is to be a human. The workshop was valuable to all who attended. If you are looking for a communication expert who helps teams to communicate more clearly and have better conversations to create human connection, Chaya is just the right person. Thank you Chaya!

I met Chaya through a recommendation from Advita Patel. We chatted about the prospect of collaborating to work on an online event for freelance and self-employed CIPR members. Having hit it off early on, we quickly decided that a live Q&A format would work well, and decided on the concept of Freelance life: going it alone... together. We agreed on the broad topics we wanted to cover, and Chaya handled all facilitation and publicity for the event, which attracted over 60 active participants. Chaya posed the questions to me, and joined in with her own perspective of self-employment. Overall, it was a thoroughly successful event, with great engagement and feedback from participants. I'd thoroughly recommend Chaya as an event facilitator (and all-round lovely human being!).
