As a Chief Engineer Europe and in addition manager at Bulgaria Johnson Controls Electronic Inc, I have managed Chavdar Trendafilov from mai 2007 till end January 2008. Being already inside the company, he has been selected for an internal job change to fit a position of hardware PCB layout engineer inside my group. Chavdar had fast learning curve in that new job starting with libraries then layout of PCB and he quickly progressed to be efficient. He was reliable and clever. He also acted in the group as an open and team oriented person. I just regret that he left our company for another opportunity as he was promised to a good internal future.
